Du bist nicht nur Recruiter: in, sondern Botschafter: in unserer Arbeitgebermarke. Du begleitest Talente vom ersten Kontakt bis zum erfolgreichen Start bei Loacker und entwickelst gemeinsam mit uns innovative Wege, um Menschen für Loacker zu begeistern.
Dabei übernimmst du:
Verantwortung für den gesamten Recruiting-Prozess von der Bedarfsanalyse bis zum erfolgreichen Onboarding
Erstellung und Vermarktung attraktiver Stellenanzeigen
Durchführung von Interviews gemeinsam mit unseren Führungskräften
Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung internationaler Recruiting-Kanäle und Partnernetzwerke
Gestaltung einer herausragenden Candidate Experience
Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Employer-Branding- und Social-Recruiting-Maßnahmen
Organisation von Karrieremessen, Schulkooperationen und Recruiting-Events
