ENPULSION is looking for an experienced GRC Manager (f/m/x) to take ownership of establishing and shaping our newly created Governance, Risk and Compliance function. Reporting directly to the CFO, you will play a key role in building robust governance, risk and compliance structures across the entire group. In this highly visible position, you will work closely with the Executive Board, department heads, Legal Counsel and Quality Management to embed effective GRC standards into the organization as it continues to grow.
Key Responsibilities:

Shape and further develop the group’s governance structure, including the design of a comprehensive policy framework covering approval and authorization guidelines, escalation structures and the code of conduct.

Establish and continuously improve a group-wide compliance management system, including regular controls and monitoring activities.

Monitor, assess and further develop the internal control system.

Build and operate a group-wide risk management framework, including regular risk inventory and reporting to the Executive Board.

Drive and continuously improve the ESG policy and related corporate processes.

Partner closely with department heads to embed governance and compliance requirements into day-to-day business processes.

Prepare the group for increasing GRC requirements as the business continues to scale internationally.
Type of contract: All-in contract, full time position with 38.5 hours/week
Salary: The minimum base salary for this position starts at EUR 3415,1 gross per month on a full-time basis (38.5 h/week), with a planned significant overpayment depending on your professional experience and qualifications.

At least 5 years of relevant experience in compliance, risk management or governance, preferably in an industrial or regulated environment.

A degree in law, business administration, engineering or a comparable field.

Proven experience in developing governance structures, policies and control systems.

Strong organizational and analytical skills, combined with the ability to build structures and processes from the ground up.

Excellent communication skills and the confidence to collaborate effectively across functions and hierarchy levels.

Fluency in German and English.

Hands-on experience in setting up or scaling a GRC, compliance or risk function, ideally within a fast-growing organization.

Experience working in international group structures.
