Are you an experienced B2B salesperson who enjoys turning inbound opportunities into customers, and building new opportunities where they don't exist yet? Do you enjoy building relationships from the very first conversation all the way through to a signed contract? If so, b2match is looking for you!

About the Role

As an Account Executive, you will drive b2match's new business growth by identifying, engaging, and converting prospective customers into long-term partners. You will own the full sales cycle end-to-end, from the first outreach to closing the deal, while working closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to deliver a seamless experience for every new customer.

What You'll Do

Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification through negotiation and close.
Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers at prospective client organizations.
Understand customer pain points and position b2match's event management software as the right solution.
Identify and test new markets, segments, and outreach approaches to expand b2match's customer base.
Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Keep pipeline and forecast data accurate and up to date in the CRM.
Collaborate with internal teams, including Marketing, Customer Success, and Product, to sharpen messaging and improve the customer journey.

What You'll Focus on in the First 90 Days

Get up to speed on b2match's product, ideal customer profile, and competitive landscape.
Build a qualified pipeline of prospective accounts within your assigned market and territory.
Run discovery calls to understand prospects' needs, budget structures, and decision-making processes.
Close your first deals and establish a repeatable outreach and follow-up cadence.
Partner with Customer Success and Marketing to align on handoff processes and lead-qualification criteria.

What You Bring

3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or as an Account Executive, ideally in B2B SaaS, tech, or the IT sector.
Native-level German and professional fluency in English (C1 or higher); proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
Strong soft skills: communication, active listening, negotiation, and relationship-building.
A consultative, results-driven approach with a proven track record of hitting sales targets.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Based in Vienna.
