- Define product requirements, interfaces, and verification strategies in close collaboration with stakeholders
- Architect mixed-signal embedded electronic systems for AC mains applications
- Lead schematic design, component selection, simulation, and PCB layout while ensuring compliance with relevant standards (like IEC, UL, EMC)
- Coordinate prototype builds, lab validation, debugging, and design iterations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with related departments such as firmware and mechanical engineering, manufacturing and QA.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in embedded hardware development and demonstrated experience bringing products into production.
- Hardware/software architecture, including microcontrollers (MCU, ARM, DSP, SoC)
- Analog and digital electronics design (circuit & PCB) while taking DFM/DFT into account
- Simulation, schematic capture, HDI PCB Design, and EDA tools
- Real-world EMC behavior and test-result analysis
- Use of professional laboratory equipment (e.g., VNAs, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers) for prototype bring-up, testing, debugging, and troubleshooting
- Compliance requirements related to standards and regulatory frameworks
- Failure-mode analysis and coverage measures
- Seamless documentation of engineering specifications and results
- Self-organized work while proactively communicating progress, risks, and blockers to teammates and stakeholders
- Technical ownership of product features, including clarifying requirements, surfacing unknowns, and following through to completion
- Collaborative mindset by active contribution to team discussions and decisions and supporting peers
- Background in RF design and testing, including wireless technologies such as Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and LTE
- Experience working with ESP32
- Familiarity with certification processes (CE, UL, IEC, or other industry-specific standards)
- Industry experience in automotive, power conversion, industrial automation, or medical devices
