In this position, you will support the operation and continuous development of our access control, visitor management and security systems, helping ensure safe, efficient and transparent processes across our locations. Working at the interface of IT, Facility Management, security technology and corporate security, you will collaborate with users, departments and external partners.
Your mission: After a structured onboarding phase, you will ensure the reliable operation of our access control and security systems and contribute to their ongoing improvement. From system configuration and authorization management to dashboards, reporting and data analysis — your work will help keep our security processes reliable, transparent and future-ready.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Operate, maintain and support access control, visitor management and security systems, ensuring reliable day-to-day functionality
Support users with technical questions, analyze incidents and provide solutions to ensure smooth system operation
Administer users, roles and authorizations, including the management of access rights and permissions
Configure, optimize and further develop the tools, systems and access hardware in use, including related components
Create reports and dashboards to analyze system and access data, providing a basis for improvements and informed decision-making
Collaborate with external suppliers and system partners while contributing to optimizations, automation initiatives and the implementation of new features
YOUR PROFILE:
Completed education (Secondary Technical College, University or University of Applied Sciences, University of Technology, or comparables) with a focus on information technology, electrical engineering or a related field
Experience in IT support, system operations or a technical systems environment is an advantage
Interest in system configuration, authorization management and data analysis
Good technical understanding of applications, interfaces, processes and basic IT/network topics
Structured, solution-oriented way of working with a willingness to learn new systems
Experience with access control, visitor management or IAM systems is a nice to have
Experience with reporting, BI or dashboard solutions, such as Power BI or Grafana is a plus
Team player with a strong service mindset and good communication skills
Very good knowledge of German and English

Annual Remuneration: Due to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act we are obligated to state the annual gross remuneration (full-time) for this position as a basis for negotiation: €50,000.00. The Employee will be classified according to the Collective Agreement for Employees of Industry (Collective Bargaining Agreement of the Automotive Industry). We will, in any case, offer market-conforming payment taking qualifications and professional experience into account.
