As a Sales Coordinator (m/f/d) with Givaudan – the Global leader in the Taste and Wellbeing industry – you will be an important team member of our Sales team in Vienna, Austria, supporting our key accounts in the Food & Nutrition industry in South Eastern Europe. You will coordinate daily business operations, ensure top-quality customer service, and assist Key Account Managers with data analyses and business support.

Enter and update projects and follow up with our company partners (Application, Portfolio Management, Pricing, Regulatory) to provide a fast project execution.
Participate in regional projects, supporting requirement definition, system implementation, and change management efforts in collaboration with Commercial Controlling, IT and Sales Teams.

The minimum gross salary for this position according to the Collective Agreement for Trade CBA is € 2,760 gross per month (based on full-time employment). However, we offer market-conforming overpayment depending on your specific qualifications and professional experience.
