The Customer Service / Service Delivery Specialist (d/w/m) is responsible for providing central support for our service engineers, who are out in the field with our customers every day. With dedication and precision, we ensure that service visits are planned and carried out smoothly, thereby making a vital contribution to our customers’ ability to successfully implement their groundbreaking research and medical applications.
This position reports to the Service Delivery Manager DACH and is part of the Service Delivery Team, located in Wien/Vienna, and will be an on-site role.
Your area of responsibility

Responsibility for handling incoming customer enquiries promptly and professionally via telephone or email, as well as working closely with the field service team and customers.

Processing and tracking service orders, contracts, spare parts orders and returns in close coordination with internal departments.

Timely invoicing for completed service orders in the DACH region in accordance with company standards.
Your profile
-
A completed commercial or technical apprenticeship, along with several years’ professional experience in customer service or an international environment, and a technical understanding, ideally in the field of microscopy.

Proficiency in SAP R/3, Salesforce and MS Office is an advantage, as is a structured, team-oriented approach to work.

Excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude,

The minimum gross annual salary for this position is €40,000, in accordance with the collective agreement for the industrial sector. Depending on your qualifications and relevant professional experience, we naturally offer a significantly higher salary. This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
