Vorbereitung von Exportpapieren für Drittstaaten
Organisation von Kundenreisen nach Österreich in unsere Zentrale
Präsentationen vorbereiten
Aufbereitung von Controlling Daten im Excel
Interne Abstimmungen mit anderen Abteilungen
Terminorganisation und Reisevorbereitung sowie Reiseabrechnungen
Was wir dazu brauchen
Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (Lehre, Matura, FH)
Selbstständige, strukturierte und genaue Arbeitsweise
Team- und Konfliktfähigkeit
Sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse (v.a. Excel, PowerPoint)
Erfahrung mit dem Programm 1C wünschenswert
Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit in Deutsch und Englisch
Russischkenntnisse von Vorteil
Zeitliche Flexibilität bei saisonalen Spitzen im Winter
