As a Solution Specialist Payments (Field Sales Representative), you will be the face of our client within your territory in Salzburg. You will build long-term partnerships with local merchants, help them modernize their payment infrastructure, and develop your own portfolio of clients.
This is a field-based role with a high degree of autonomy, ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people, building trust, and seeing direct results from their work.
- Proactively identify and approach new merchants within your territory
- Present payment terminals, solutions, and services in face-to-face meetings
- Close new business and onboard merchants onto the platform
- Support existing clients with additional hardware, software, and professional services
- Act as a trusted commercial partner by understanding merchants' needs and challenges
- Clearly communicate the value of end-to-end payment solutions
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities
- Analyze merchant statements and recommend the most suitable commercial solution
- Maintain accurate CRM records and manage your sales pipeline effectively
- Collaborate closely with your manager and internal teams
- Continuously develop your product and market knowledge
- Self-driven hunter mentality with a strong motivation to succeed
- Proven experience in field/outside sales
- Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Experience working with CRM systems
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Professional, resilient, and solution-oriented approach
- Comfortable working with digital tools and technology
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the territory
- Fluent in German and English
