- Professional experience in software engineering, with demonstrated ownership of production systems.
- Strong experience designing and evolving RESTful APIs and distributed or microservice-based architectures.
- Deep proficiency in modern frontend technologies (React or Vue) and TypeScript/JavaScript.
- Solid experience with relational and NoSQL databases, including schema design and performance optimization.
- Proven experience with CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, and automation in production environments.
- Strong understanding of system design, API contracts, integration patterns, and testing strategies.
- Ability to balance pragmatism with long-term architectural thinking.
- Experience reviewing code, guiding peers, and raising engineering standards.
- Proficiency in modern AI-assisted development tooling (e.g., LLM-based coding assistants, code generation, AI-driven testing and analysis tools), with the ability to integrate them responsibly and effectively into engineering workflows.
- Fluent in English, with the ability to clearly communicate technical trade-offs and decisions.
