As a Professional Services Consultant, you have the ability to advise and support customers and the sales team in the design and implementation of complex hybrid multi-cloud data management solutions. You act as the technical point of contact for customers throughout all project phases. Your responsibilities also include presenting the developed concepts to the customer. In the subsequent implementation phase, you efficiently coordinate a team of experts necessary for deployment or carry out the implementation independently. In this role, you will be:

Advising customers and the sales team on complex hybrid multi-cloud solutions

Developing and implementing complex data management infrastructure concepts

Project planning and coordination

Close collaboration with various departments in pre- and post-sales

Representing the service organization to the customer

At least 6 years of experience as a professional services consultant or similar

Excellent knowledge of the NetApp solution portfolio- advantage

Excellent knowledge of at least one hyperscaler (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

Excellent knowledge of NAS or SAN technology

Excellent knowledge in the area of backup and disaster recovery- advantage

Extensive knowledge in at least one of the following solution areas: DevOps methodologies (CI/CD) Containers and Kubernetes

Modern software development (e.g., YAML, JSON, Git)

Coding and scripting skills (e.g., Perl, PowerShell)

Server virtualization

Completed technical degree or equivalent professional experience

Excellent German and English skills
