Your new responsibilities

Continuous monitoring of production equipment
-
Independent execution of planned maintenance work, replacement of consumable parts, etc.

Immediate support of the production in case of equipment problems
-
Coordination of PMs and equipment checks
-
Work preparation (preparation of tools, materials, etc.) for major maintenance of production equipment

Supporting the engineering teams in case of release, repair and modification of production equipment
-
Documentation of results / preparation of work instructions and procedures
-
Further education, training and representation of colleagues
-
Supervision of equipment in all shifts
-
Fix smaller machine problems in time to increase UPTIME

Support equipment re-release after maintenance or repair

Machine checks according to specifications
Who we are looking for
-
technical high school or completed technical vocational training
- Experience in mechatronics, electronics, automation technology or comparable
- German and English knowledge
- MS-Office know how
- Willingness to work in fully continuous nightshift operation (including konti shift model)
- Follow safety, cleanroom and 5S regulations and react on security deficiencies
- Takes over responsibility, works independently and makes decisions
- Willingness to learn
- Problem-solving skills
- Flexible in terms of changes (including coverage or priorities)
- Team player and communicates proactively
- Implementation of the “zero defect strategy” and the 5S methodology
- Apply systematic methods in problem solving (QRQC)
WHAT WE OFFER:
- 35 hours per week
- Working schedule: fully continuous shift operation with 6 working days and 3 days off
- Attractive wage and benefits based on your performance
- Employment is in accordance with the collective agreement for employees in the electrical and electronics industry, employment group D, monthly gross wage including allowances approx. EUR 3.700,- for the first month. Further increases will take place thereafter and on top collective agreement increase in May
