We are looking for a passionate Houseman to join our team at Rosewood Schloss Fuschl. You are an essential part of the guest experience, ensuring that all guest rooms and public areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and presentation.
Key expectations:
- Clean, service, and maintain guest rooms, suites, and assigned public areas to the highest standards
- Make beds, change linens, and replenish towels and guest amenities
- Ensure all rooms are presented immaculately for arrivals and maintained throughout the guest stay
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report any deficiencies promptly
- Restock and maintain housekeeping trolleys, pantries, and supplies
- Handle guest requests in a friendly, professional, and timely manner
Profile:
- Ideally first experience in housekeeping or a similar role in hospitality
- Attention to detail and a strong sense of cleanliness and organisation
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a positive and service-oriented attitude
