Your Tasks - What to expect
Lead and support assigned employees in implementing welding instructions
Organize and allocate staff, create shift schedules, and conduct safety training
Manage tools, perform quality control (including weld seam inspection), and ensure compliance with EHS standards
Assist with procedure tests and provide technical advice on selecting suitable welding methods and materials
Assemble and weld runners and welded components, ensuring efficient use of automated welding systems
Collaborate closely with production, quality assurance, and external inspection bodies
Your Profile - What you bring
Completed technical education (apprenticeship/technical college) in steel construction, plus qualification as Welding Supervisor (IWS) or International Welding Engineer (IWE)
At least 10 years of professional experience in steel construction, especially stainless steel welding and component inspection, preferably in an industrial environment
Several years of leadership experience
Valid welding certifications according to EN ISO 9606-1 (TIG and MAG)
Assertive and well-organized personality with a strong sense of responsibility
Good German language skills (German courses can be supported)

For the advertised position, a minimum monthly gross salary of €4.000,- applies. Depending on qualifications and experience, we are willing to pay above this amount.
