Academic Lead – German
Location: Remote in the European Union
We are recruiting an Academic Lead to support the delivery and coordination of European-wide German language training programmes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and enhance course programmes and teaching resources to support high‑quality instruction
- Drive high teaching standards and delivery consistency through structured monitoring, training evaluations, and independent quality assurance practices, acting autonomously to deliver impartial oversight
- Serve as the point of contact for specific projects and initiatives, providing guidance and support to teaching staff while driving continuous improvement
- Provide objective guidance and consultation on the recruitment, onboarding, and integration of new trainers.
Essential Requirements:
- A university degree
- Minimum 2 years’ experience delivering adult language training (online and in-person)
- Minimum 2 years’ experience coordinating educational or training programmes
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in instructional design
- Proven experience leveraging AI LLM tools to create, refine, maintain, and proofread educational and course content
- Excellent planning, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in English and German
- Experience working in multicultural and multilingual environments is an asset
