Your challenge

We are looking for a HR Business Partner who enjoys shaping the business together with leaders and making a real difference. You support people and the organization through change and continuous development in a pragmatic and people‑focused way.

Act as a trusted advisor to leaders on strategic and operational HR topics
Translate business strategy and goals into targeted, impactful HR initiatives
Drive organizational, leadership, and cultural development in a dynamic environment
Lead and support change and transformation initiatives, ensuring sustainable adoption across the organization
Implement and locally embed global HR concepts (e.g. Talent Management, Leadership, Engagement)
Balance strategic initiatives with operational excellence by ensuring compliance with legal and corporate standards

Your Profile

Several years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a comparable strategic HR role,
ideally in a global industrial environment
Strong communication skills and enjoyment in working closely with leaders and teams
Strategic mindset combined with a pragmatic, hands‑on approach
Solid knowledge of labor law and organizational and people development practices
Ability to structure complexity and actively shape change in a global environment
Excellent English skills; any additional languages are a plus

The gross annual salary for this position is approximately EUR 65,000 including variable bonus components and additional monetary benefits. Depending on your qualifications and professional experience, there is a willingness to overpay.

The gross annual salary stated above applies to Austria; for other company locations, the compensation package is aligned with local market conditions.
