Group Prime Services (GPS) oversees Custody, Fund Administration, and Securities Brokerage services within the RBI Group. As Product Owner for Fund Administration (delegated services including NAV calculation, sourcing of valuation data, and reporting for investment funds), you will play a pivotal role in evolving this growing product and continuously enhancing the services we provide to our clients.

Your mission at RBI:
- Own and drive the Fund Administration product vision and roadmap.
- Translate customers needs into actionable backlog items and work closely with colleagues in the end-to-end setup.
- Collaborate with a product team of 17 colleagues to ensure smooth operations and continuous improvement.
- Align priorities and implement the backlog in close cooperation with stakeholders.
- Coordinate resources and infrastructure with the Head of Fund Services.
- Build and maintain a strong network within the industry and stay updated on market trends.
- Motivate and empower the product team to deliver excellence.
- Support business development initiatives and share best practices across the RBI Group.
Your core competencies:
- Positive mindset with effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- University degree in economics, IT, finance, or a related field.
- Experience in the investment fund industry, ideally in fund administration, depositary banking, or similar areas.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
- Analytical thinker with solid problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with XENTIS, GEOS, Bloomberg, or other fund administration relevant systems is a plus.
- Ability to define and communicate a compelling product vision that inspires others.
- Skilled in senior stakeholder management and effective communication at all levels.
- Knowledge of KPIs and budget management.
- Fluent in German and English (advanced proficiency).

- Competitive salary: In accordance with Austrian legal requirements, the minimum salary for this position is EUR 3.725,93 gross per month under the applicable Banking Collective Agreement. The actual salary is typically higher and will be determined individually based on your qualifications, professional experience, and the specific requirements of the role.
