We are looking for a Business Central Consultant (m/f/d)

As part of our team, you’ll work on exciting projects involving the implementation, further development, and optimization of Business Central for our clients. You’ll combine technical expertise with business acumen to actively shape future-ready ERP solutions.
In this role, you’ll leverage your data expertise and technical know-how around Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. You’ll develop smart solutions that automate business processes, integrate data from various sources, and create real added value through modern AI technologies.
- Consulting and supporting customers in the implementation and further development of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Analysis and optimization of business processes in close collaboration with the specialist departments
- Implementation of customized ERP solutions, including configuration, testing, and adaptation.
- Conducting workshops and training sessions for users
- Collaboration in interdisciplinary project teams and close coordination with internal as well as external partners
- Completed degree in IT or a comparable qualification
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Good knowledge of business processes (e.g., finance, purchasing, sales, inventory)
- Experience with AI development and extensions is a plus
- Independent and structured working style
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team
- Excellent command of German and English, both written and spoken

Your minimum base salary according to the collective agreement is at least €5,000 gross per month for 38.5 hours per week. A higher salary is possible depending on your previous experience and will be considered individually.
