What We're Looking For
- Fluent in German and English
- No software development experience required
- Open to students, graduates, career changers, and hospitality professionals
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for technology, innovation, and continuous learning
- Positive attitude and willingness to be coached and mentored
- Comfortable using computers and digital tools
Preferred (But Not Required)
- Exposure to AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms
- Basic understanding of software development, coding, websites, or digital products
- Strong customer service, sales, or relationship-building skills
- Confidence in presenting ideas and communicating with people
- Entrepreneurial mindset and initiative
