Lead the consolidation of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) across all entities within the holding structure.
Manage financial and management accounting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Cypriot and international standards (IFRS).
Manage and coordinate the annual audit process with external auditors in Cyprus.
Drive the implementation and transition to a new accounting/reporting system, including automation and optimization of financial processes.
Manage tax planning in alignment with corporate goals and local regulations.
Develop and maintain internal controls, financial policies, and procedures to support business growth.
Supervise and guide local finance teams across different entities to ensure consistency and high quality of financial data.
Proven experience in a senior finance or accounting role within fintech, payments, or high-transaction-volume industries
Strong knowledge of Cyprus accounting, tax, and regulatory frameworks.
Expertise in audit coordination, financial reporting systems, and automation tools.
Solid understanding of revenue models based on payment flows, commissions, and transactional income.
Excellent analytical and communication skills; ability to present financial insights to the Board.
Professional qualification (ACCA, ACA, or equivalent) is a strong advantage.
Fluency in Russian and English.
