As a Web Designer, you design and build fonio's website and landing pages. Every page you touch should convert better than what it replaced.
Design, build, and maintain pages in Webflow (or equivalent)
Own A/B testing and CRO: design variations, analyze results in PostHog, iterate
Manage multi-language setups and translations across 5+ locales
Produce visual assets for marketing campaigns
Strong portfolio of web and landing page work
Solid web design skills and experience with Webflow or similar tools
Proficiency in Figma
Open to AI-powered workflows: we're evolving fast and you should be excited about that
Conversion-rate obsessed: you care about whether pages work, not just how they look
Full proficiency in German and English
Experience with Photoshop and Canva
SEO knowledge and funnel optimization experience
Basic HTML/CSS
Experience with Crowdin or similar
Competitive salary: €65.000-€95.000
