We are looking for a passionate Spa Therapist to join our team at Rosewood Schloss Fuschl. You will deliver exceptional spa treatments and personalised guest experiences in line with Rosewood standards. The role ensures the highest levels of service excellence, hygiene, and professionalism while promoting spa treatments and products to maximise guest satisfaction and revenue.
Key expectations:
- Perform a full range of spa treatments including massage, facials, and body therapies in accordance with established standards
- Deliver personalised consultations and adapt treatments to individual guest needs and wellness goals
- Anticipate guest needs and provide a highly attentive, discreet, and professional service at all times
- Maintain treatment rooms and spa areas in immaculate condition, ensuring hygiene and cleanliness standards are consistently met
- Ensure all equipment is used correctly, maintained, and handled safely
- Follow all spa policies, service procedures, and operational guidelines
- Actively promote spa treatments, wellness programmes, and retail products
Profile:
- Relevant qualification in massage therapy, beauty therapy, or wellness
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in a luxury hotel or spa environment preferred
- Strong knowledge of spa treatments, products, and wellness concepts
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of professionalism, grooming, and presentation
