We are looking for a motivated Controller to strengthen our Controlling department in Leonding. In this important position you will provide analyses, figures and data that have a significant influence on our company's success.
TASKS
- Support Controlling activities, including the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of reporting structures and KPI frameworks
- Support the budgeting and forecasting processes
- Perform analyses on profitability, cost structures, and key performance indicators
- Assist in the optimization of controlling processes and tools
- Prepare decision-making materials and insights for management
PROFILE
- Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling, or a related discipline (or near completion)
- Initial practical experience in Controlling, Finance, or Accounting, ideally gained through internships
- Strong analytical mindset with a keen interest in financial data, business drivers, and economic relationships
- Proficient in MS Excel; familiarity with BI tools is considered an asset
- Structured, precise, and reliable approach to work with strong attention to detail
- Excellent command of German and English, both written and spoken
- Proactive and motivated individual with a strong commitment to continuous learning and professional development
