We are looking for an experienced AI/ML Engineer to join a cutting-edge project in Vienna, working alongside a highly skilled international team on advanced AI and machine learning solutions.
This is an excellent opportunity for freelancers and project-based consultants who enjoy solving complex technical challenges, building innovative AI applications, and seeing their work deployed in real-world environments.
You'll be involved in the full lifecycle of AI development, from solution design and model development to deployment and optimization.
What You'll Be Doing
- Design, develop and deploy AI and Machine Learning solutions
- Build and optimize data processing pipelines
- Develop deep learning models for image processing and computer vision applications
- Support the development of Generative AI and Large Language Model solutions
- Translate business requirements into scalable AI-driven solutions
- Work closely with technical and business stakeholders
- Contribute to system architecture and AI platform design
- Deploy and maintain production-ready AI services
What We're Looking For
- Strong experience developing AI/ML solutions in Python
- Proven track record building and deploying machine learning models in production
- Experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow
- Knowledge of computer vision, image processing, object detection, or image segmentation
- Experience with REST APIs and service-oriented architectures
- Familiarity with modern software engineering practices and version control systems
- Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, or multimodal AI solutions is highly desirable
- Comfortable working in international and multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent English communication skills
