Your main area of responsibility:

Processing of incoming and outgoing invoices

Processing of travel reports

Debt collection

Project creation in the project management system

Monthly reporting

Creation of Timeline Evaluations
Your profile:
-
Completed commercial training (HAK/HLW-Matura, accountant apprenticeship/bookkeeping I Wifi)

Accounting skills (e.g. in the office area with accounting preparation)

Very good MS Office skills
-
Experience with MS 365 Business Central accounting software is an advantage

Very good knowledge of German and English

High accuracy and ability to work in a team

For this position, a collectively agreed minimum gross salary of EUR 2,528.04 per month (14× per year) applies to full-time employment (40 hours per week).
