- Completed PhD in computational imaging, computer vision, computer science, applied mathematics, or a related field
- Excellent programming skills in Python and PyTorch
- Experience in the following areas: Gaussian Splatting or parametric 3D representations; 3D reconstruction; cryo-EM / cryo-ET; inverse problems; and self-supervised learning
- Ability to conduct independent scientific research
- Excellent English skills
- A challenging postdoctoral position at the interface of computational imaging, inverse problems, and cryo-ET
- Participation in an international research project in collaboration with Biohub
- The opportunity to develop novel methods for modern biological imaging using data from state-of-the-art microscopes
- The opportunity to publish and present the scientific results of the project
