The Role
You'll be a key leader in scaling Cryptonow's commercial success and customer operations across Europe. This is a unique opportunity to build and professionalize Customer Success in one of the most exciting sectors in fintech while helping financial institutions, banks, and enterprise partners successfully launch and grow their digital asset offerings.
This role combines customer leadership, fintech expertise, and operational excellence. You will work directly with senior decision-makers at banks, financial institutions, and strategic partners, ensuring they achieve measurable business outcomes through Cryptonow's platform and solutions.
Starting hands-on with key strategic accounts, you'll play a critical role in defining customer success processes, scaling partner operations, and building a high-performing team as the company grows.
What You'll Do
- Build and scale Cryptonow's Customer Success function, including onboarding frameworks, partner success playbooks, customer health metrics, retention strategies, and growth initiatives.
- Own relationships with strategic banking, fintech, and enterprise partners, acting as a trusted advisor for digital asset adoption and growth.
- Lead complex partner implementations and launches, coordinating closely with Product, Compliance, Operations, and Engineering teams.
- Drive adoption, partner satisfaction, revenue growth, and long-term retention across key accounts.
- Define and track the KPIs that matter: customer health, activation, partner growth, retention, and net revenue expansion.
- Establish scalable processes that enable Cryptonow to support a rapidly growing partner ecosystem across Europe.
- Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to translate customer feedback into product improvements and strategic roadmap decisions.
- Recruit, mentor, and develop future Customer Success Managers and Partner Success specialists.
- Represent Cryptonow at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings across the DACH region and Europe.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience building or scaling Customer Success, Account Management, or Partner Success functions in a fast-growing fintech, SaaS, or financial services environment.
- Strong understanding of financial services, fintech, payments, banking, or digital assets.
- Professional proficiency in German and English.
- Demonstrated ability to manage senior stakeholder relationships, including executives, financial institutions, and enterprise customers.
- Strong operational mindset with the ability to build processes from the ground up.
- Experience leading teams and developing high-performance cultures.
- Entrepreneurial mentality with the ability to thrive in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
- Willingness to travel regularly across Europe to meet partners and represent Cryptonow.
Nice to Have
- Experience working with banks, financial institutions, or regulated financial products.
- Knowledge of cryptocurrencies, blockchain technology, and digital asset infrastructure.
- Familiarity with European regulatory frameworks related to financial services or digital assets.
- Experience in payments, banking-as-a-service, crypto, wealth management, or fintech platforms.
- Previous experience scaling customer-facing teams in an international environment.
