As a Junior Project Manager - Global Talent (f/m/x), you’ll support the planning and delivery of key talent initiatives that shape the employee experience. You’ll help coordinate projects such as the Employee Survey cycle, Values Refresh rollout, and the design and launch of programs like mentoring as well as owning the planetmondi access for the team. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, curious about people practices, and excited to learn how talent programs are built and scaled.
This role is also ideal for fresh graduates as it offers hands-on experience in coordinating global talent projects while providing strong learning opportunities in HR practices, stakeholder management, and program development.
Responsibilities:
Talent project coordination & delivery

Provide day-to-day coordination and support across a portfolio of talent projects (e.g., engagement, culture, performance, learning, leadership initiatives).

Build and maintain project plans, timelines, stakeholder lists, and status updates. As well as creation of planetmondi news and linkedIn posts for the team.

Track actions, manage dependencies, and follow up with stakeholders to keep projects moving.
Employee Survey planning & support

Support end-to-end global process planning for the Employee Survey (timeline, communications, stakeholder touchpoints, launch readiness).

Coordinate survey logistics (e.g., materials, FAQs, reminders, follow-ups) and help prepare reporting/summary outputs.

Support action planning workflows (e.g., templates, team sessions, tracking progress).
Values Refresh rollout

Support the rollout plan for refreshed company values, including communications, engagement activities, and toolkits.

Coordinate stakeholder inputs and help ensure consistency across channels and materials.

Help gather feedback and track adoption signals (e.g., participation, qualitative input, pulse checks).
Mentoring program design & rollout

Support the design and launch of a mentoring program (program structure, eligibility, matching approach, timelines, materials).

Coordinate participant communications, onboarding sessions, and program resources.

Track participation, satisfaction, and outcomes; compile learnings and improvement suggestions.
Operational excellence & continuous improvement

Document processes, templates, and playbooks to improve repeatability and efficiency.

Maintain project documentation and shared folders/resources.

Support basic analysis and reporting (e.g., participation rates, feedback themes).
What you’ll bring:
Must-have
-
Project Coordination Experience in HR (Learning, Talent, People & Culture): 1-3 years of proven experience in managing/coordinating complex HR projects in an international environment (for example: Employee Survey, coordinating the process of designing and launching HR programs, provide system access for the wider team).

Experience with operational assistance: set up calls, prepare or amend PPTs, remind team members to approaching deadlines.

Language Skills: fluency in English and in German (written and spoken) is essential.

Attitude: growth mindset and willingness to learn.

Communication Skills: excellent verbal and written communication skills, comfortable coordinating with different stakeholders.
Nice-to-have

Interest or exposure to employee listening/surveys, culture/values work, mentoring, or learning programs.

Data handling skills (e.g., simple dashboards, survey summaries, presenting insights).

Experience creating communications and presentation materials (slides, toolkits, FAQs).
