As part of our Digital Solutions organization, the Sr. Group Expert – Enterprise Architecture serves as the strategic leader responsible for shaping and governing enterprise-wide digital architecture across the Borealis Group. The role ensures strong alignment between business strategy, processes, and technology while enabling agility, security, and innovation.
You will drive architectural excellence, guide technology investments, and enable large-scale transformation through a coherent and future-ready digital landscape.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic analysis of market and technology trends to inform architectural direction and innovation.
- Support Strategy and Group Development initiatives, including M&A and joint ventures, from an architecture perspective.
- Own and govern the enterprise architecture framework across business, information, solution, technical, and security domains.
- Establish and enforce architecture standards, governance models, and decision rights.
- Lead, mentor, and develop enterprise architects and promote architectural capability across digital teams.
People Leadership & Accountability
You will lead a team of architects, fostering a culture of servant leadership, collaboration, and continuous improvement. The role holds accountability for enterprise architecture governance, resource management, and compliance across all architectural deliverables.
