The Centre of Microbiology and Environmental Systems Science is comprised of 15 groups that conduct internationally leading research in the field of microbial ecology and environmental systems science. The Centre's Department of Microbiology and Ecosystem Science assembles an international, ambitious and committed team and offers an interdisciplinary scientific environment, cutting-edge laboratories and a creative working atmosphere.
The Doctoral School in Microbiology and Environmental Science at the Centre supports PhD students in the finishing phase of their dissertation project through short-term finishing contracts. These employments are provided to students who have signed a doctoral thesis agreement and have already made significant progress in their doctoral thesis project. Positions have a limited duration with an option for extension.
One 2-month position is available for students of the Doctoral School in Microbiology and Environmental Science through this job announcement.
