Junior Financial Planning & Analysis Controlling Specialist (f/m/d)
Part time 18h/week, hybrid (location Vienna Central Station with up to 60 % home office)
Ideally starting from July 2026 - Temporary contract – 6 months (with potential prolongation to 12 months)
Your key responsibilities include

Support businesses in technical submission of the monthly forecasts, ensuring data accuracy and timeliness.

Maintain DF preparation tool and support business controllers if any technical issues arise. Submit global DF
reporting packages. -
Generate and analyze regular financial reports, highlighting key performance indicators and trends.

Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial presentations for the business teams and
corporate management. -
Support new product activation process, including product simulations.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies within the FP&A function.
Support ad-hoc financial analysis and requests as needed. -
Close cooperation with the business controllers and other functions.
What will make you succeed

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field

No prior work experience required – first experience is a plus

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail

Team player (f/m/d) with a high degree of responsibility, capable of quick self-learning
-
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams
-
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Fluent English
-
Excellent MS-Excel and PowerPoint skills

For this position, we offer a gross monthly salary starting from € 3.100 on a full-time basis.
