MERKUR Excellence, based in Raaba near Graz, was founded in 2018 as part of the MERKUR GROUP and specializes in game design and development, with a particular focus on casino games.
We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Game Developer (m/f/d) to join our team in developing high-quality slot machine games for casino platforms. In this role, you will combine strong technical expertise with a collaborative mindset to implement engaging gameplay features and maintain robust, high-performance code. Your responsibilities
- As a Senior Game Developer (m/f/d) you will develop and maintain slot machine games for casino platforms using Unity.

You'll implement gameplay logic and features in close collaboration with Producers, Game Mathematicians, and Artists within an Agile (Scrum) environment.

Moreover, you will ensure high code quality, performance, and maintainability across the entire development process.

In addition, you'll contribute to designing clean software architecture and scalable systems while following best practices in game development.
Your profile
- Advanced experience with Unity

Advanced knowledge of C# and strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)

Experience developing casino games, especially slot machines

Fluent in English, German is nice to have
