Responsibilities
- Acts as industry expert and supports both internal and external stakeholders with all the technical inquiries.
- Troubleshoots and identifies claims in a professional manner.
- Homologation Study and communication with OEM
- Supports technical manager with technical training plan and takes initiatives with implementing technical training in order to achieve fully understanding of the features and benefits from the customers, and to increase the market share systematically.
- Analyses latest regional regulation on warranty, service pack and etc.
- Active contribution in developing standards, processes and procedures in automotive aftersales business: wholesale and retail procedures for PDI, quality inspections, insurance claims, warranty claims, spare parts ordering, CSI, technical training for sales staff, developing and delivering training programs for: technical, spare parts and warranty
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree/Diploma in mechanical engineering
- 5+ years automobile technical support work experience with proven track records in Austria
- Have knowledge of the regional regulatory requirements on warranty, service pack and etc.
- Strong and accurate technical assessment/judgement abilities
- Logical thinking and strong capability of problem analysis
- Detail oriented
- Strong communication skill
- Fluency in German and English is essential, other language would be advantageous.
