We are looking for a passionate Commis de Cuisine to join our team at Rosewood Schloss Fuschl. You will support the culinary team in the daily preparation and production of dishes ensuring culinary excellence for an exceptional guest dining experience
Key expectations:
- Previous experience in a luxury hotel or fine-dining restaurant is an advantage
- Culinary diploma or relevant vocational training preferred
- Basic knowledge of international cuisine and modern cooking techniques
- Strong passion for gastronomy and willingness to learn and grow
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, high-standards environment
- Maintain excellent cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations
- Adhere strictly to food safety, HACCP, and hygiene standards at all times
Profile:
- Previous experience in a comparable role within a luxury hotel or fine-dining environment
- Formal culinary training or recognized culinary qualification preferred
- Passion for food, creativity, and continuous learning
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong team spirit and positive, professional attitude
