The Position
We are currently seeking aFinance Enterprise Partnerto join our team atRoche Diagnostics Austria.
As an FEP (Finance Enterprise Partner) you leverage your in-depth business understanding combined with financial expertise in driving initiatives forward that are critical to delivering our commercial strategy. The FEP builds networks across the organisation to share best practices and co-create solutions that generate value for the affiliate, the enterprise and the customer. As an FEP, you are a trusted thought partner to business stakeholders and have close contact with customers, where you will ensure efficient resource allocation and maximum impact along the customer journey.
Main Responsibilities
- Strategic Partnership: Serve as a key business partner, co-leading customer journey touchpoints with an enterprise-wide mindset.
- Financial Advisory: Balance resource allocation across competing priorities and advise on the financial impact of business initiatives.
- Commercial Strategy: Collaborate on developing affiliate strategies, business planning, and creative revenue-generation models.
- Knowledge Sharing: Engage with FEP communities to adopt and implement global best practices locally.
- P Optimization: Drive profitability by identifying upsell opportunities, reducing risks, and improving operational efficiency.
- Executive Communication: Translate complex financial data into compelling "storyboard" presentations for executive decision-making.
- Culture& Collaboration: Lead and facilitate cross-functional workshops and events to strengthen team engagement.
- Process Innovation: Apply end-to-end thinking to radically simplify workflows, from deal calculation to contract monitoring.
Competencies
- Commercial and customer centric mindset with an ability to put all available financial and operational information into a holistic picture.
- Understanding of Corporate Finance, Financial Modelling, Insights Collection& Trend Prognosis.
- Understanding of data modeling to guide decision-making, solve problems, provide analytical insight and business judgment to support strategic and tactical initiatives across the affiliate.
- Strategic thinking and ability to translate business goals into financial plans.
- High level of social competence and ability to accurately record and efficiently communicate in English. (German is a plus but not a must)
- You have 2-5 years of experience in finance (ideally in a sales-focused or commercial role) and are familiar with SAP or equivalent ERP systems
