As a Site Supervisor (m/f/d), you are responsible for supervising the proper installation of high‑purity water and wastewater treatment systems at our construction sites worldwide. Administrative coordination is carried out from the Raaba‑Grambach location (near Graz).
Your contribution at Ecolab:

Supervision of the installation of water treatment systems on site, from project start through handover to the commissioning team

Technical support as well as troubleshooting, problem analysis and resolution of issues arising during installation

Coordination of construction sites with our customers

Ensuring compliance with site regulations and quality standards for Ovivo systems

Coordination and regular reporting to the responsible Project Manager

Preparation of site documentation

Execution and documentation of all required tests and inspections

Organization and coordination of external service providers on site
Your profile:
-
Completed training as a pipe fitter or a technical qualification with professional experience in piping construction; further training as a technician, master craftsman or equivalent

Several years of professional experience in plant construction and installation of piping systems made of materials such as PVC, PP, PE, PVDF, stainless steel
-
Experience in the installation of water treatment systems is an advantage

Ability to set priorities under high workload, make on‑site decisions, and remain flexible under changing conditions

Strong interpersonal and intercultural skills in customer interaction and teamwork
-
Independent, conscientious and proactive working style
-
Willingness to undertake international, multi‑month assignments abroad (up to 90%)

Good command of German and very good command of English

Minimum salary: EUR 56,000 gross per year (based on 38.5 hours per week), with willingness to overpay depending on qualifications
