JOB DESCRIPTION
- As a member of the Financial Team, you will experience various areas within the Finance function
- Handles monthly payments for tenants and owners
- Verifies the accuracy of the reports and insures their adherence to prescribed schedules, policies and procedures.
- Does financial reporting, prepares and analyzes financial forecasts
YOUR PROFILE
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to quickly identify and analyze risks
- Structured approach and independent working style, strong sense of responsibility
- Very good knowledge of Office programs (MS Office, MS Access)
- Excellent German and English skills (written and spoken)
- University degree in Finance Management, Controlling or similar
