About the Project
Operexa is currently seeking Austrian German speakers to participate in an audio recording and language data collection project. The recordings will help improve speech recognition systems, voice assistants, language technologies, and artificial intelligence applications used globally.
This is a remote opportunity that allows participants to complete recording tasks from home using their own smartphone or computer.
Key Responsibilities
- Record audio prompts and scripted phrases in Austrian German.
- Speak naturally and clearly according to project guidelines.
- Complete assigned recording tasks within the required timeframe.
- Submit recordings through the designated platform.
- Ensure recordings are completed in a quiet environment with minimal background noise.
Requirements
- Clear pronunciation and natural speaking ability.
- Access to a smartphone, tablet, laptop, or desktop computer with a functioning microphone.
- Stable internet connection.
- Ability to carefully follow instructions and quality standards.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Austrian dialects and regional speech patterns.
- Previous experience with audio recording, transcription, or language-related projects is beneficial but not required.
