To strengthen our motivated Information Security Team in Vienna, we are looking for a passionate Governance, Risk & Compliance Manager (m/f/d) . In this hands-on, cross-functional role, you drive our ISO/IEC 27001–aligned ISMS, manage key security risks, and ensure compliance across the organization. With your structured, control‑focused approach, you help shape and elevate our security standards.

Your Role

You define, implement and maintain the Information Security Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) framework
You ensure compliance with applicable regulatory and legal requirements (e.g. NIS2, DORA, GDPR, ISO 27001)
You oversee enterprise-wide risk management practices, including IT, cyber and third-party risks
You drive Business Continuity Management (BCM) and Service Continuity Management (SCM)
You strengthen Cyber Resilience capabilities, including crisis management, incident response and recovery readiness
You develop and maintain a Security Champions Network to embed security awareness across the organization
You define, maintain and report key risk indicators (KRIs) and security metrics to management

Your Profile

You bring 5–8 years of experience in cybersecurity or IT, including at least 3 years in a dedicated GRC role
You have hands-on experience operating or maintaining an ISO/IEC 27001–certified ISMS and understand Annex A controls in depth
You coordinate audits confidently, manage remediation programs, and ensure effective closure of findings
You are familiar with third‑party risk management frameworks and can assess suppliers in a structured, risk‑based way
You translate regulatory and contractual requirements into actionable, implementable security controls
You possess strong documentation, policy‑writing, and analytical skills, with high attention to detail
You collaborate effectively with stakeholders across IT, Legal, HR, and Operations, ideally supported by certifications such as CISM, CRISC, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor, or CISSP
