Each academic year, the Vienna Centre for Advanced Studies (ViCAS) welcomes mid-career and advanced fellows from around the world and across all academic disciplines. Selected for their outstanding scholarly achievements and intellectual promise, fellows join a dynamic community of researchers committed to advancing knowledge through dialogue, collaboration, and independent inquiry.
The University of Vienna offers multiple fellowships as part of its ViCAS Call 2027-2028 for funded residencies starting 1 October 2027 (4 or 9 months) or 1 March 2028 (4 months).
