- Leads all R&D product development activities for one IC development project by managing and coordinating the design team and external providers (Analog, Digital, Layout, Verification, Validation Lab and Test development)

Defining, structuring and follow up of work packages, provides early warning and escalation

Provides all planning details on design related tasks to Program Management and R&D Leadership Team

Accountable to meet the product requirements, project quality, chip area and to execute according to plan and budget

Might be already involved in Project quoting activities for R&D services

Acts as a technical interface towards our customers

Responsible for detailed IC design concepts in collaboration with IC -Architects

Provide technical guidance and drive issue solving

Drives Top-Down Design Methodology

Accountable for all design documentation work acc. defined workflows

Perform regular design reviews and supervise detailed design, simulation, verification and validation of integrated circuits in collaboration with other team members
- Master’s degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline

Typically 8+ years of experience in analog / mixed signal or PMIC IC-design ideally as a TPL

Solid track record of successful silicon releases

Disciplined in requirement-, risk- and change management

Able to extract and formulate new IP and file patents

Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex multidisciplinary problems

Excellent communication skills and confidence operating at principal technical level

Fluent English required; German is an advantage
