You hold a Bachelor's or Maser's degree in Business Informatics, IT, Economics, or a comparable field.
You have 8+ years of experience leading complex, international, multi-stakeholder IT programs (multi-stream delivery).
You bring expertise in traditional, Agile, and Hybrid methodologies , selecting the right approach based on context.
You demonstrate strong capabilities in scope definition, change control, and risk management (identification, mitigation, escalation).
You have experience in release and go-live activities (cutover, hypercare) and leverage tools such as Jira/BigPicture and Confluence.
You understand business process management (BPM) and Data Governance , and you communicate very effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
You are experienced in financial governance including budgeting, forecasting, OPEX, and benefits tracking.
You are fluent in both German and English.
