Key Responsibilities
Access Control & System Monitoring
- Monitor, manage, and administer access control and security systems.
- Oversee daily access operations and ensure compliance with security policies.
- Support user administration tasks (creation, modification, and removal of access privileges).
Alarm Handling & Incident Response
- Monitor alarms and security events in real time.
- Assess, document, and respond to alarms following established procedures.
- Initiate next steps, escalate incidents as needed, and coordinate with on‑site teams.
- Ensure accurate logging, reporting, and documentation of all incidents and actions taken.
Communication & Coordination
- Maintain clear and professional communication with security personnel and site contacts across the EMEA region.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
- Provide timely updates on incidents, system statuses, and escalations.
