Purpose of Role
To oversee quality assurance and quality control processes across all projects, ensuring that construction work meets both client expectations and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and implement project-specific QA/QC plans and procedures.
· Conduct regular quality inspections and audits on site.
· Coordinate with site teams to resolve quality issues promptly.
· Ensure that project documentation, checklists, and records are maintained accurately.
· Liaise with clients and third-party auditors regarding quality standards.
· Provide training and guidance to site staff on quality standards and expectations.
· Assist in preparing O&M manuals and project handover documentation.
Skills & Experience
· Strong knowledge of construction quality standards and best practices.
· Experience in site inspections and quality audits.
· Excellent attention to detail and documentation management.
· Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to work collaboratively with site and office teams.
Qualifications
· Bachelor of Science (Hons) Degree in Construction Management
· Safe Pass
· Manual Handling
· Temporary Works Supervisor and Coordinator
· NPORS Crane Appointed Person / Persons
