The European Recycling Platform (ERP) Austria GmbH is an international collection and recycling system and supports its customers in releasing the obligation of their waste electrical equipment, batteries and packaging into circulation. Your responsibilities

Monitoring of relevant legal developments in the field of EPR in Austria and, based on this, support in the creation of appropriate strategies for service portfolios
Liaison with the Austrian control authorities (VKS in the field of packaging, EAK in the field of electrical appliances/batteries, if necessary Federal Ministry) on topics in the company’s own area of responsibility
Support for monitoring and quantity reporting
Independent monitoring as well as monitoring as well as data and process optimization when working with cooperation partners/multipliers
Responsibility for the handling of audits: communication interface between stakeholders, audit monitoring and/or conducting audits on site or desk, ensuring the follow-up of all recommendations
Support and independent implementation of additional and consulting services
Review internal processes and work instructions, make recommendations for optimal process optimization to achieve business goals and reduce workload. Communication interface for colleagues about processes and work instructions.
Support in the implementation of ERP Austria’s business continuity and sustainability plan
Project collaboration

Your qualifications

Successfully completed studies in the field of environmental/waste management, business administration, sales or similar course of study or comparable training
Several years of professional experience in a similar environment
In-depth knowledge of MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) as well as good SAP knowledge
Strong communication skills and problem-solving skills
Independent and proactive way of working as well as high team orientation
Fluent in German and good written and spoken English skills

The annual gross salary is at least € 45,000. Depending on experience and qualifications, there is a possibility of overpayment.
