We are looking for a passionate Demi Chef de Partie to join our team at Rosewood Schloss Fuschl. You will be for supporting the Chef de Partie in the daily operation of a designated kitchen section, ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest standards of quality, presentation, and consistency.
Key expectations:
- Assist the Chef de Partie in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes in the assigned section
- Ensure all food items are prepared according to recipes, portioning, cooking, and presentation standards
- Maintain the highest levels of hygiene, sanitation, and safety in accordance with HACCP and hotel policies
- Support mise en place for service and ensure readiness of the section at all times
- Ensure excellent cooperation and communication with colleagues across sections
- Train and support Commis Chefs and apprentices within the team
Profile:
- Previous experience in a comparable role within a luxury hotel or fine-dining environment
- Formal culinary training or recognized culinary qualification preferred
- Passion for food, creativity, and continuous learning
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong team spirit and positive, professional attitude
