About the role
We are looking for a Business Project Manager who can drive global integration projects while actively contributing to business value creation, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous product improvement.
This role goes beyond traditional project execution. You will play a key role in ensuring that projects not only deliver customer value but also strengthen DEIF’s internal capabilities by capturing insights and feeding them back into Product Development and Product Management.
You will act as the central link between customers, Integration, Sales, and R&D, ensuring alignment across the full value chain.
It is possible to work from our location in either Denmark, Austria or Croatia.
Your main responsibilities
- Lead and execute global integration projects from initiation to final delivery
- Ensure alignment between customer requirements, technical solutions, and commercial performance
- Drive structured project execution, including scope, planning, budget, and risk management
- Act as the main interface between Integration, Sales, Product Development, and Product Management
- Capture project learnings and translate them into actionable input for product improvements
- Promote standardization, scalability, and reuse across projects and regions
- Support pre-sales activities by structuring value-driven and competitive solutions
- Identify improvement opportunities across processes, execution models, and products
- Ensure clear communication and alignment across global stakeholders
In this role, you will also use projects as a platform to strengthen global collaboration. You will connect teams across regions and functions, foster a strong One DEIF approach, and contribute to harmonising solutions and ways of working across the organisation.
Your profile

You likely bring:

- A proactive, persistent, and solution-oriented approach
- A technical background within electrical engineering or similar, with understanding of power management, automation, or integration solutions
- The ability to translate technical insights into business and product value
- A solid commercial understanding of cost structures, pricing, and profitability
- Experience working in a global, cross-functional organisation
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across cultures and functions
