Customer Service Support - Main Responsibilities:
- Support in the implementation and operations of global agreements with top tier global telecom customers;
- Work closely with internal departments to support the execution of global projects, and ensure streamlined service delivery;
- Assist in managing end-2-end relationships with downstream partners and subcontractors;
- Work closely with downstream partners and subcontractors to ensure goods are being processes efficiently and financial inflows are being optimized.
- Work with logistics service providers to arrange the inbound and outbound logistics requirements to support such projects;
- Cooperate with regional financial teams and project managers to generate and consolidate service order and financial reporting.
- Assist in creating internal and external weekly and monthly reports about project results and activities.
- Support in conducting business analysis of fraction pricing, inventory levels, and metals recovery pricings.
- Support in other key activities when required by the local organization.
Requirements:
- University graduate on Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology or other relevant disciplines;
- At least 1 - 3 years experiences in operations, sales, administrative, and/or other relevant functions;
- Good understanding on latest developments in internet and technologies market;
- Excellent communication, presentation and analytical skills;
- Self-motivated, positive, mature and able to work under pressure;
- Excellent command of both written and verbal English and German;
