Dein Aufgaben- und Verantwortungsbereich:
- Anlagenbetreuung (Maschinenwartung und Reparatur) von automatisierten Fertigungsanlagen
- Fehlersuche, Störungsbehebung und Ursachenanalyse bei Anlagenstörungen
- Kontinuierliche Verbesserungen der Maschinen und Anlagen
- Reduzierung von Stillstandzeiten im Rahmen der Instandhaltungsarbeiten
- Koordination und Planung für die Behebung von Maschinen- und Anlagenstörungen
- Umbau bestehender Montagelinien
- Arbeiten mit verschiedenen Analyse-Software-Tools (Industrie 4.0/Digitalisierung)
Deine Qualifikationen:
- Abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung (Elektrotechnik, Maschinenbau-technik, Mechatronik, Maschinenfertigungstechnik oder Vergleichbares)
- Interesse an Industrie 4.0 und Digitalisierung
- Mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Instandhaltung und Wartung von automatisierten Fertigungsanlagen von Vorteil
- Erfahrung mit vollautomatischen Produktionsanlagen von Vorteil
- SPS-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
- Gute MS Office- und Computerkenntnisse und Erfahrung im Umgang mit Tablet-Anwendungen
- Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft und gewissenhafte, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
- Zielorientiert, flexibel, umsetzungsstark, teamfähig
- Hohe Konfliktfähigkeit und Belastbarkeit
- Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit
