Transportation Logistics Specialist (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities
- You will be responsible for the global shipping of our goods—from selecting appropriate shipping solutions and tracking shipments to ensuring on-time delivery

You will handle inquiries regarding transportation costs, organize special solutions (e.g., special trips or project shipments), and manage customs-related matters

You will advise and support internal departments on logistics-related issues

You will communicate with freight forwarders, carriers, and service providers, compare prices, and participate in contract negotiations

You will actively contribute to the optimization and digitization of our logistics processes and propose your own ideas for improvement

In the event of complaints, transport damage, or delivery delays, you will coordinate closely with customers and partners to find quick solutions
How to convince us
- Completed business training (apprenticeship or HAK), ideally with a focus on freight forwarding

Relevant professional experience in transport logistics or scheduling

Knowledge of customs procedures is a plus, but not required

Very good MS Office skills; SAP skills are a plus

Fluent in German and English
